About Us
Who we are
We are a non-profit service club composed of business and professional women from the greater Dayton area. Our membership number is +/- 100 and always growing.
What we do
We focus on supporting our youth and community through service.
- We give out three $2,000 youth Scholarships annually, plus one $1,500 Impact Scholarship for a CTC student
- We sponsor Kettering Middle School Jr. Optimist Club
- We support Preschool Family Literacy
- We conduct Essay and Oratorical contests each year
- We conduct a Respect for Law prog

- We support the Kettering Backpack Program, Diaper Depot, Hannah’s Treasure Chest, Crayons to Classrooms, Blue Star Mothers, Ronald McDonald House, Good Works Farm, and more
- We provide a Girl Power program
- We partner with other area Optimist Clubs to provide a free Kids Day in the Park event
